Book
Rebecca Okoroji and I wrote this book about remote usability testing in 2018, before remote became “a thing” during COVID times. It started as a reference for ourselves and we are happy to share.
The book explains how to conduct qualitative remote usability studies, both remote moderated and unmoderated studies, and how to use surveys to gather qualitative feedback. There are loads of actionable tips on how to use each methodology and we’ve added some templates below to get you started. Enjoy!
