Hi, I’m Inge and I help companies deliver impactful conversational experiences.

I work with product owners, conversation design teams and product managers to create chatbots, voice assistants and AI agents that are useful and engaging for the user, and that provide tangible business value.

I collaborate on strategy and use case selection, I help aggregate the information to inform your design, and I guide evaluation and testing efforts so that your conversational experience is a success from the start.

I have spent my entire career working at the intersection of user experience and conversational technologies with companies from the Fortune 50 to startups across major industries including fintech, insurtech, and retail.

Even after all these years, I am still passionate about conversation as THE interface for humans to interact with digital technologies.  We’re only just getting started!

Remote Usability Testing Book

Rebecca Okoroji and I wrote this book about remote usability testing in 2018, before remote became a thing. We wrote it as a reference for ourselves and are happy to share our notes.

The book explains how to conduct qualitative remote usability studies, both remote moderated and unmoderated studies, and how to use surveys to gather qualitative feedback. There are loads of actionable tips on how to use each methodology. And we’ve added materials and examples on the companion website that you can access under “Book” in the Resources menu at the top of this page.
