I work with product owners, conversation design teams and product managers to create chatbots, voice assistants and AI agents that are useful and engaging for the user, and that provide tangible business value.

I collaborate on strategy and use case selection, I help aggregate the information to inform your design, and I guide evaluation and testing efforts so that your conversational experience is a success from the start.

I have spent my entire career at the intersection of user experience and conversational technologies with companies from the Fortune 50 to startups across major industries including fintech, insurtech, and retail.

Even after all these years, I am still passionate about conversation as THE interface for humans to interact with digital technologies.  We’re only just getting started!
