Inge De BleeckerI am Inge De Bleecker and I started outriderUX in 2010.

I develop intuitive and enjoyable user experiences through interaction design, remote usability testing and expert reviews.

Located in Austin, Texas, I work with a geographically dispersed customer base, with most clients in North America and Europe. My projects range through all sizes and many different areas, including social networking, etail, and productivity applications.

Interaction Design
To create great user experiences, it is important to know and understand the user. The user’s wants and needs have to be kept in mind during the design phase.

Intuitive user experiences require a designer’s attention to the information structure and ease of navigation, proper page or screen layout, a natural flow between the screens and user actions, and the consistent and sparing use of the appropriate words.

Usability Testing
Usability testing complements good interaction design principles.

During usability testing, potential users perform tasks that users are expected to perform using the interface.

The usability testing results illustrate issues with the interface and the product concept. Redesigns based on the user feedback can then be incorporated into the product and help improve the overall user experience.

UX Strategy
Defining a UX strategy for your company and products brings vision to your UX efforts.

We can help you decide what UX strategy fits you best, ranging from internal projects such as style guides, process definition and implementation, and interface design support to UX roadmaps and customer-facing awareness activities, pre-sales education and knowledge sharing.
